Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Test Engineer to join our team and support our client in the Ft. Meade, MD area.

You will develop and implement test scripts and automated testing, configure a test environment, provision hardware, and support automated testing objectives. The role requires a BS in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Data Science, or SWE with 4 years of test engineering experience, or 8 years of related work in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• BS in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Data Science, or SWE with 4 years of test engineering experience
• 8 years of test related experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with Python or other scripting language
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (automation)
• Experience with installation, configuration, and utilizing personal security products, host and network-based firewalls and/or intrusion detection systems
• Experience implementing modifications to a test infrastructure, framework, or relevant components
• DoD 8140 compliance (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or ability to obtain within 6 months of start

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test scripts and other automated testing functionality on tools, capabilities, or system features and components
• Implement and configure a test environment to include appropriate testing framework or test harness
• Provisioning computers, loading with required software, and creating a test thread through an available network infrastructure
• Support test automated requirements and objectives
