Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners seeks Test Engineers to plan, execute, analyze, and report on T&E activities for complex government systems. You will develop evaluation strategies, analyze performance data, and support risk-informed decisions while ensuring verification of capabilities.

Level 2/3 roles involve leadership, coordination across teams, and ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements. Candidates should have a related degree or equivalent TE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Test Engineer experience for Level 2.
• 8 years of Test Engineer experience for Level 3.
• Experience with data analysis and statistics in TE programs.
• Familiarity with T&E documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and docs to develop test and evaluation strategies.
• Plan and execute data collection to support test events.
• Develop evaluation plans, risk assessments, and test reports.
• Support T&E documentation such as Master Plans and readiness assessments.
• Apply statistical techniques to evaluate performance data.
• Coordinate with systems engineering and stakeholders for planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage test resources.
