Job summary

Synergy ECP, based in Columbia, Maryland, seeks a Test Engineer Level 2 to analyze system requirements and develop evaluation plans, conduct data collection, and report results. You will support government T&E documentation, coordinate with SE teams, and tailor testing approaches to system maturity and performance areas.

The role emphasizes plan execution, data management, instrumentation selection, and collaboration across WIPTs and integrated test teams to ensure test readiness and compliance

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Assist with Level 1 tasks as constrained by training and experience.
• Plan and Execute Performance Analysis.
• Coordinate with SE and review T&E information to support evaluation planning.
• Produce Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, and Test Reports.
• Plan data collection and risk-based performance estimation.
• Select, coordinate, and calibrate instrumentation and data management tools.
