Job summary

Strategic Analytix is looking for a motivated Test Engineer (TE) to join our diverse team of specialists. The TE will analyze system requirements, acquisition plans, and system descriptions, supporting government test and evaluation documentation and integration.

The TE will tailor T&E capabilities to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and experience in government testing environments.

Qualifications

• Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Skill Level 1: Two (2) years’ TE experience; degree required; four (4) years can substitute.
• Skill Level 2: Five (5) years’ TE experience; degree required; four (4) years can substitute.
• Skill Level 3: Eight (8) years’ TE experience; degree required; four (4) years can substitute.
• Experience in Government programs (DoD/IC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into Government T&E concepts and related engineering, acquisition, and operations activities to support TE activities.
• Plan program and event level risk-tailored performance estimation and analysis of system and operational Effectiveness and Suitability metrics.
• Review planned acquisition approaches to support T&E schedule alignment with decision maker needs.
• Analyze performance risk areas to focus TE planning.
• Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for T&E use.
• Apply Statistical Analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in performance estimates.
