Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking experienced Test Engineers to support planning, execution, and reporting of Test & Evaluation for government systems. You will help develop evaluation strategies, analyze performance data, and support risk-informed decision making, with opportunities for TE Level 2 and Level 3 responsibilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years for Level 2 and 8+ years for Level 3, and active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four years of additional test engineer experience in lieu of a degree.
• Level 2 requires 5+ years of test engineer experience; Level 3 requires 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and plan test strategies and procedures.
• Plan and execute data collection for test events.
• Develop evaluation plans, risk assessments, and test reports.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
