Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Electrical Systems engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of test engineering experience.
• ATE development experience on ETS364 and ETS800 platforms.
• Characterization and production test hardware development experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronic devices, circuits and analog test techniques.
• Experience with lab equipment (scopes, power supplies, sourcemeters, loads).
• Experience with yield improvement and test-time reduction.
• Understanding of IC product development from concept to volume production.

Responsibilities

• Work with design team to understand design specs and create test plans.
• Develop test and character programs; design ATE hardware interface boards.
• Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
• Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis.
• Perform yield analytics and drive test-time reductions.
• Collaborate with production to release products to volume production.
• Define and implement test strategies for new DCDC products.
• Maintain robust, cost-effective test solutions ensuring product quality.
