Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant test engineering experience.
• Experience with ATE platforms and analog/mixed-signal testing.
• Strong data analysis and lab skill proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Battery-Gauge ICs.
• Create test plans, programs, and hardware interfaces for ATE systems.
• Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
• Analyze yield and drive test time reductions; support failure analysis.
• Collaborate with FW, PE, and manufacturing to meet quality targets.
