Job summary

Avalore is seeking a Test & Evaluation professional to analyze requirements, develop evaluation plans, and conduct data collection and analysis. The role collaborates with government sponsors and SE teams to ensure T&E activities align with decision points and program milestones.

The candidate will prepare T&E documentation such as Strategy, Master Plan, Event Test Plans, and Readiness Assessments, and will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting while maintaining data management and

Qualifications

• Five years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate current polygraph is required to be considered for this role; Ability to receive privileged access rights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, and report status and results.
• Support T&E documentation such as Strategy, Master Plan, Event Test Plans, and Readiness Assessments.
• Coordinate with SE and other groups to inform evaluation planning and risk assessments.
• Plan and execute performance data collection and analyses; develop data management and sampling schemes.
• Produce Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, and Evaluation Reports.
