Job summary

Avalore is seeking a seasoned Test & Evaluation lead to analyze system requirements and develop comprehensive evaluation plans. You will prepare data collection and analysis, report on findings, and produce T&E documentation to support government programs.

You will collaborate with SE teams and oversee risk-based performance analysis across multiple events. The role requires eight years of TE experience and a bachelor’s degree (or four extra years substituting the degree).

Qualifications

• Eight years of TE experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; four additional TE years may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and develop evaluation plans.
• Prepare and conduct data collection and analysis; report status and results.
• Develop T&E documentation (Strategy, Master Plan, Event Plans, Readiness Assessments).
• Coordinate with SE and review T&E information to inform evaluation planning.
• Plan program and event level risk-tailored performance estimation and analysis.
