Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and have over four years of manufacturing experience, alongside skills in electrical systems and control systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical circuits and control systems.
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the performance of test equipment.
• Train staff on troubleshooting product issues.
• Implement changes to equipment for efficiency improvements.
• Review test coverage to ensure product quality.
• Participate in Business Unit team activities.
• Develop and refine calibration and maintenance procedures.
