Job summary

Groupe Kardol in Florida is seeking an entry-level Test Engineer I to support development and execution of product testing under direct supervision. You will run defined test procedures, assist in troubleshooting, and help document results to build foundational skills in test engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement or equivalent
• Fundamental knowledge of testing methodologies and basic programming or scripting.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of data acquisition concepts and instrument control including test, measurement, calibration, and hardware interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and test procedures.
• Execute routine tests and collect data per test plans.
• Assist in developing basic test scripts and pseudo code.
• Document and communicate test results and issues to seniors.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment.
• Maintain organized records of test activities and results.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand functionality and test needs.
• Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
