Job summary

Groupe Kardol is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. You will design test plans and scenarios, run manual and automated tests, and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues.

You will conduct functional, regression, integration, system, UI/UX, and performance testing, track defects, and maintain automated test suites within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing or QA engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of STLC and SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Proficient in SQL and database testing.
• Experience writing and executing test cases and scripts.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and workflows.
• Exposure to API testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios from requirements.
• Execute manual tests and automated scripts to find issues.
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose bugs and performance problems.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing.
• Track defects using Jira or Bugzilla and document them clearly.
• Maintain and enhance automated test suites and environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
