Job summary

Banner Engineering is seeking a Test Engineer to support continuous improvement of test systems across global manufacturing facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design, maintain, and improve automated test solutions, using Python, C++, and LabVIEW, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with hands-on test experience.
• 2+ years in electrical test, process, or systems engineering on production floor.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, or Visual Basic for test automation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot test systems.
• Strong collaboration with manufacturing and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain automated test programs using C#, C++, Python, TestStand, LabVIEW, or similar languages.
• Upgrade and overhaul existing test systems to improve quality and throughput.
• Analyze test data to support root-cause investigations and yield improvements.
• Define test requirements, plans, and procedures from specs and equipment.
• Support manufacturing by troubleshooting test stations and equipment issues.
• Create electrical schematics and drawings with a test technician.
