Job summary

Banner Engineering, a leader in industrial automation, is seeking an Electrical Technician to support the RMA team from our Minnesota facility. You will assist engineers by defining tests, analyzing results and helping validate production processes.

This is a hands-on role that requires familiarity with electrical test equipment and soldering. You will work closely with engineering to implement production improvements, perform periodic equipment calibration, and support manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electronics Systems Technology, Engineering Technology, Robotics Technology or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Production Validation, troubleshooting, test system setup and maintenance.
• Conduct failure analysis and repair including soldering and fixture creation.
• Document processes and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify production improvements.
• Maintain calibration/verification of equipment.
