Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Test Engineer to join a cross-functional Agile Scrum team supporting an Intelligence Community program. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing software with automated and manual testing across multiple sprints.

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a Polygraph is required. The position involves collaboration with software engineers, product managers, and mission experts to ensure quality throughout all releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or Master's degree in a related field.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a Polygraph examination
US citizenship required per contract
Certifications such as ISTQB, CASTP, CAST, CSTE, or Security+ preferred

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies across multiple Agile sprints.
Design and maintain both automated and manual test cases for new and existing capabilities.
Collaborate daily with software engineers, product managers, systems engineers, and Scrum Masters to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD deployment workflows and track defects through resolution.
