Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in product testing, validation, development, or a related engineering role.
• Ability to translate product requirements into test methods and documentation.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating forestry, construction, agricultural, or similar heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product performance expectations, project priorities, and validation requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute thorough test and validation plans for components and complete equipment systems.
• Coordinate product testing with Engineering and R&D, ensuring resources, timing, and focus.
• Analyze test data, prepare reports for internal and external audiences, and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain testing policies, procedures, and documentation to strengthen quality.
• Research materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment to support testing activities.
• Conduct site, customer, and field testing as needed, managing testing costs and resources.
