Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an Offsite Validation - Test Engineer to support lab and field validation of crop harvesting equipment in real and simulated conditions. Based in New Holland, PA, this entry-level role involves data collection, issue documentation, and communicating findings to guide product performance and development decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agricultural engineering, technology, agriculture, or a related technical discipline.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/electronic, software-controlled, or off-road vehicle systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for field-test assignments (up to 50%).
• Eligible or willing to obtain CDL to operate company vehicles and support equipment >26,000 GCWR.

Responsibilities

• Support Validation Specialists and senior test engineers with execution of Integrated Validation Plan activities.
• Assist with lab and field whole-vehicle evaluations on crop harvesting equipment projects.
• Evaluate operational performance of pre-production test vehicles and components under supervision.
• Assist with instrumentation, data acquisition, and measurement activities.
• Document machine performance, issues, and test activity in timely reports.
• Troubleshoot machine and system issues in collaboration with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Support maintenance of test readiness by updating production and pre-production equipment.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, marketing, and commercial teams to share observations.
• Interact with dealers, farmers, and CNH representatives while maintaining prototype confidentiality.
