Job description

If you enjoy taking complex machines from concept to validated performance, this is the opportunity to make your mark.

About the Position:

We build high-quality vegetation management equipment designed to perform in demanding, real-world environments. As we grow, we are looking for a Test Engineer who brings rigor, curiosity, and practical engineering judgment to the product development process. Your work will directly influence equipment performance, reliability, and the confidence with which we bring new products and improvements to market.

You will join a collaborative team that values hands‑on problem solving and continuous learning. Working closely with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Operations, Sales, and customers, you will turn performance expectations into clear validation plans and actionable results. This is an opportunity to stay close to the equipment, combine data with field experience, and make a visible impact on products built for serious work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product performance expectations, project priorities, and validation requirements with cross‑functional teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute thorough test and validation plans for individual components and complete equipment systems.
  • Coordinate product testing with Engineering and R&D, ensuring the right resources, timing, and technical focus are in place.
  • Analyze test data, prepare clear reports for internal and external audiences, and recommend product or process improvements.
  • Build and maintain testing policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation that strengthen consistency and quality.
  • Research and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment that support effective testing activities.
  • Conduct site, customer, and field testing as needed, while managing project‑related testing costs and resources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in product testing, validation, development, or a closely related engineering role.
  • Strong attention to detail, project leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
  • The ability to translate product requirements into practical test methods, disciplined documentation, and meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience operating forestry, construction, agricultural, or similar heavy equipment is preferred.

If you want to help create equipment that earns trust in the field and grow alongside a team that takes pride in doing exceptional work, we want to hear from you.
