Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Proficiency in one or more structured programming languages applied to test or automation.
• Solid understanding of electronic test methodologies, hardware debugging, and automated test systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to make decisions and improvements.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across design, manufacturing, and operations.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to product and process quality.

Responsibilities

• Work more independently from the group manager and play a key role on project teams.
• Understand key corporate initiatives and work with the manager to motivate others.
• Take a key role in implementing and/or supporting new programs, processes or technologies.
• Execute test plans and test cases for various products and systems
• Create automated test programs mainly in NI LabVIEW and TestStand, with occasional use of VB.NET, C++, Python, and Lua
• Perform advanced Test Engineering assignments and activities with the ability to demonstrate initiative to improve methods.
• Analyze test results using statistical analysis tools and use findings to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to understand product requirements
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality
• Document test procedures, results, and findings
