Job summary

RCT Systems seeks a Senior/Expert Test Engineer to support a large government program focused on IdAM/ICAM, attributes, entitlements, and digital policy management. You will design, execute, and document testing across software and systems, build automated scripts, and operate in a DevOps/SecDevOps setting with close collaboration to developers, customers, and technical teams.

The role requires active TS/SCI + Polygraph, 8+ years in software testing or development, and strong SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 8+ years of software testing and/or software development
• BS plus 11–15 years of relevant experience, or MS plus 10–13 years; equivalent experience may substitute
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, SQL, and JUnit
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent communication, organization, troubleshooting, and ability to work independently
• Experience in large matrixed technical teams
• Preferred: Computer Science, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Advanced degree
• Experience with SecDevOps, AWS, Katalon, PKI, Bash scripting, and unit testing
