Job summary

RCT Systems in Reston, VA seeks a Senior/Expert Test Engineer to design, execute, and document testing for a large government program focused on IdAM/ICAM, attributes, entitlements, and digital policy management. You will perform integration, functional, unit, and UAT testing in a DevOps/SecDevOps environment.

The role requires 8+ years in software testing or development, TS/SCI with polygraph, and strong SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI + Polygraph.
• 8+ years software testing and/or software development.
• BS + 11–15 years relevant experience, or MS + 10–13 years; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, SQL, Linux, JUnit.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and independent-work skills.
• Experience working in matrixed/large technical teams.
