Danfoss Drives is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automated production test systems for drives, power electronics, and PCB assemblies. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to implement test solutions in production and continuously improve test quality.
You should have hands‑on experience with automated test platforms like NI LabVIEW and TestStand, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of PLCs and data analysis in a manufacturing setting.

Your work ensures every product meets rigorous performance and reliability standards before it leaves the factory. You’ll design and support automated test systems that enable efficient, scalable manufacturing. By combining engineering expertise with data-driven insights, you’ll directly influence product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000- $90,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. You’ll receive benefits like 401(K) access, annual bonus, paid vacation, insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about, we think they’re pretty great.
