Job summary

Danfoss Drives is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automated production test systems for drives, power electronics, and PCB assemblies. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to implement test solutions in production and continuously improve test quality.

You should have hands‑on experience with automated test platforms like NI LabVIEW and TestStand, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of PLCs and data analysis in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with automated test systems, controls, PLCs, or production equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of power electronics testing and data analysis in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automated production test systems for drives, power electronics, and PCB assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NPI and production integration of test solutions.
• Troubleshoot test hardware and software to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production data to improve test coverage, yield, and product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and enhance manufacturing performance.
