Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Test Engineer to join the Technical Services team. You will conduct automated and manual tests of electronic assemblies, document test instructions, and support product testing and quality assurance.

You will record test results in the ERP system, collaborate with product engineers to suggest improvements, and ensure procedures meet specifications. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree preferred; 2–4 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience in electronic process analysis or testing.
• Knowledge of electronic components, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct automated and manual tests of electronic assemblies to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Document test work instructions and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Test and troubleshoot all specified products and RMAs, understanding product specifications thoroughly.
• Record test failure information in the Manex ERP system for further analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with product engineers to recommend circuitry or specification changes to improve assembly and maintenance processes.
