Responsibilities

Salary: $135,000 - 135,000 per year

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of test experience, or a masters degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience troubleshooting test equipment, test tooling, and test harnesses.
• Experience with test automation or lean manufacturing/testing methods.
• Demonstrated technical writing and/or procedure development skills.
• Ability to travel between our Oxnard and Goleta, California sites and to support customers, approximately 10% of the time.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Preferred: 3 or more years of test engineering experience.
• Preferred: Proficiency in test automation software such as LabVIEW.
• Preferred: Proficiency measuring and controlling electronic components, including motors, actuators, positional sensing devices, and load transducers.
• Preferred: Aerospace or aeronautical industry experience.
• Preferred: Strong presentation, oral, written, and listening skills; self-motivation; ability to organize and prioritize work; ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team; adaptability to changing requirements; and proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Participate in and present at internal and customer reviews.
• Apply modern tools and methods to reduce product testing costs and schedules.
• Meet the Operations Test Engineering safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations for internal and external customers across product value streams.
