Test Technician / Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

About the Company:

We’re partnering with a cutting-edge life sciences startup revolutionizing cold-chain logistics through smart technology and real-time data. Currently in the pilot phase of product deployment, the company is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to support both electronic product testing and warehouse fulfillment operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team working at the intersection of technology and healthcare logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform bench testing of electronic devices, including sensor setup, power-on checks, and data validation
Conduct quality inspections using detailed work instructions; report and document anomalies
Support packaging and preparation of outbound shipments
Manage inventory flow, including moving product pallets between testing and shipping areas
Assist with order fulfillment, including final assembly checks of high-tech, subscription-based transport units
Participate in general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in electronics testing, assembly, or warehouse/distribution roles
Hands-on electrical testing experience required
Background in electronics or as an electronics technician strongly preferred
Comfortable working in both lab and warehouse environments
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and a self-starting mindset
Adaptable, process-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment
