You will work with developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to develop and execute test strategies, identify defects, and contribute to automated testing frameworks while ensuring compliance with established standards.

Our team is looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join them in the Northern Virginia area. You'll play a key role in validating enterprise applications, improving testing processes, and supporting the delivery of high-quality software across complex mission environments.
Working closely with software developers, systems engineers, and program stakeholders, you'll develop and execute test strategies, identify defects, and help drive continuous improvements in software quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys problem-solving, automation, and ensuring mission systems perform as expected.
TS/SCI with an FSP
The salary range for this position is $140,821.00 to $188,523.00. The proposed range is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and contractual considerations and may fall outside of the stated range.
