Job summary

Talent Traction is seeking a Test Driver in Texas to lead North American vehicle testing programs. Travel estimated at 50% as you schedule proving grounds, prepare test vehicles, and oversee tire and wheel mounting for evaluations.

You will conduct subjective and objective assessments, collect data, and present results to engineering teams, collaborating with engineers and international counterparts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of subjective tire evaluations.
• Experience working with OE customers.
• Data acquisition and analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage North American vehicle testing programs.
• Schedule proving grounds and coordinate testing timelines.
• Acquire and prepare test vehicles for evaluation.
• Oversee tire and wheel mounting for tests.
