Job summary

Talent Traction is seeking a Test Driver in Texas to lead North American vehicle testing programs. Travel estimated at 50% as you schedule proving grounds, prepare test vehicles, and oversee tire and wheel mounting for evaluations.

You will conduct subjective and objective assessments, collect data, and present results to engineering teams, collaborating with engineers and international counterparts.

Job Overview:

The Test Driver will be responsible for managing North American vehicle testing programs, including scheduling proving grounds, acquiring and preparing test vehicles, and overseeing tire and wheel mounting. This role involves conducting both subjective and objective evaluations of vehicle performance, collecting and analyzing test data, and presenting results to engineering teams.

The position requires strong technical expertise in tire evaluation, data acquisition, and vehicle testing. The Test Driver will work both independently and collaboratively with engineers and international counterparts to ensure accurate testing outcomes that support product development and customer satisfaction.
