Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Test Director (TD) to oversee testing and evaluation of Multi-Engine Fixed-Wing aircraft training devices. You will lead integration, test plans, and deployment while coordinating with customers and government reps.

The role requires 5+ years in senior aircraft maintenance management or training leadership, the ability to travel up to 50%, and active security clearance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TX.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required or eligibility for TS/SCI.
• Experience leading test programs for complex aircraft or simulation systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with military and civilian customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead test efforts for full system integration and deployment.
• Write test plans and document results in formal reports.
• Coordinate with government representatives and customers on discrepancies.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical issues of testing activities.
• Oversee SME activities and supervise engineers during verification and validation.
