CAE USA is seeking a Test Director to lead testing and evaluation of Military Fixed-Wing simulators. You will direct integration, test and deployment activities to verify requirements prior to customer acceptance.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to sites as needed. Expect collaboration with engineers, SMEs, and customers to ensure mission readiness and program success.

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required.
• Experience interfacing with customers and end users.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers; manage test programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all test effort: system tests, acceptance tests, configurations, scheduling.
• Write test plans, conduct tests, document results and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and control testing to meet cost, schedule and technical baselines.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as needed.
