Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Monitor exams to uphold integrity and policy compliance.
• Perform required security checks including use of wands.
• Maintain secure environment and test center materials.
• Assist candidates and resolve issues with urgency.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
