Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proctor and monitor Test Administration in the Bishop State Community College Testing Center and Learning Assistance Center.
• Register and accommodate examinees, and clearly communicate testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with testing vendor security and administrative policies.
• Document irregularities or non-compliance to the Coordinator and relevant departments.
• Maintain and return examination materials as due; distribute and collect materials.
• Provide testing reports as required by the Coordinator or vendor; inventory materials and manage shipping/returns.
• Accommodate standby testing with approval; perform duties to assist the Division and external departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Dean, or President.
