Typical schedule includes 8-5, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, with full-time hours and benefit eligibility after 30-32 hours per week. You will welcome test takers, verify IDs, set up workstations, troubleshoot tech issues, supervise exams, and support accessibility needs, while upholding PSI

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Entry level with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome test takers and explain testing procedures clearly.
• Verify IDs and maintain strict exam security.
• Set up workstations and troubleshoot tech issues with internal teams.
• Supervise exams and ensure PSI policy compliance.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and light housekeeping.
• Troubleshoot with IT to fix test center issues.
• Provide support for test takers with accessibility needs.
