Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician III / Test Cell to support production value streams by assisting engineers in project execution and daily operations. You will help develop print packages, tooling, fixturing, and ETQ documentation while aligning with Lean and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in diesel engine manufacturing or an associate degree, strong reading of schematics, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Creo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a diesel engine manufacturing or test facility OR Associate’s degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology or similar field.
• Experience reading wiring and mechanical schematics (prints).
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving problems and forming teams to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Manufacturing Engineers in project execution and daily operations.
• Develop print packages for RFQ’s, tooling and fixturing, CI card completion, Standard Work and ETQ documentation.
• Create and maintain plant layouts and related tasks as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and participate in NPI activities.
• Cross-train in other areas of operations to provide flexibility.
