Job summary

You will interpret orders, communicate results, calibrate units, and document non-conformances with detailed root-cause considerations. Responsibilities include automated and manual testing using diverse equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining accurate data in time-entry and QA systems, and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with product flow through a manufacturing or repair environment
• Proactive problem solving and strong communication in English

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned testing operations within assigned functional area
• Create non-conformance reports with detailed testing description and initial root cause
• Interpret work orders, drawings, test procedures and manuals
• Calibrate or adjust units using potentiometer, clocking, shimming and related methods
• Execute automated and manual testing with diverse equipment and test benches
• Test units in other programs and complex units under supervision
• Practice safe work habits per OSHA and Crane policy
• Support CBS initiatives and continuous improvement activities
• Overtime as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
