Job summary

Crane Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician to perform diverse testing operations across designated areas. You will generate non-conformance reports, document findings, and support root-cause investigations while calibrating units and applying test procedures.

From automated test equipment to manual measurement, you will interpret results and ensure compliance with safety standards and production specs. Overtime may be required and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with product flow through manufacturing or repair environments.
• Able to read engineering drawings, test procedures, and reports.
• Analytical thinker with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned testing operations within functional area.
• Create non-conformance reports with detailed description of testing, failure and initial root cause investigation.
• Calibrate or adjust units per procedures including various mechanical/electrical adjustments.
• Perform automated and manual testing using a range of test equipment.
• Support OSHA safety practices and CBS initiatives; flexible for overtime.
