Job summary

RASIRC, Inc. is seeking a Test/Assembly Technician to join our team in San Diego. Working under the Production Supervisor in a cleanroom, you will assemble electro-mechanical delivery systems, perform functional testing, and troubleshoot basic issues to ensure product quality and meet production goals.

This role requires 2–5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, the ability to read diagrams and schematics, and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Proficient in reading diagrams, procedures, drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to operate test equipment used in assembly and troubleshooting.
• Able to work in a clean room environment.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical delivery systems.
• Conduct functional testing of production assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic issues in prototype and production systems.
• Analyze and document test results accurately.
• Follow established procedures, drawings, and schematics.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on continuous improvement.

Position Overview:

The Test/Assembly Technician works under the direction of the Production Supervisor in a cleanroom environment to perform product assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting. This role is a key contributor to ensuring product quality and supporting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of electro-mechanical chemical delivery systems
• Conduct functional testing of production assemblies
• Troubleshoot and repair basic issues in prototype and production systems
• Analyze and document test results accurately
• Assist in evaluating and repairing returned productsFollow established procedures, drawings, and schematics
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workspace
• Adhere to all safety and cleanroom protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
• Proficient use of written and verbal English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to utilize test equipment and tools related to assembly and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and understand diagrams, procedures, drawings and schematics
• Ability to work in clean room environment
• Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

• The salary range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
