Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on automotive experience in a dealer-level or high-performance shop.

Responsibilities

• Install aftermarket and performance parts on Tesla vehicles.
• Perform suspension upgrades, alignments, and geometry adjustments.
• Assist in outfitting and upfitting vehicles for fleet clients including law enforcement and public safety agencies.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automotive systems with precision.
• Work with engineers and service managers to ensure modifications meet spec.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Document all work, including notes, checklists, and part usage.
• Participate in vehicle testing and fleet demos.
