Job summary

EV'S REPUBLIC is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support Tesla maintenance and repair services in Sacramento. You will handle customer interactions, document issues in Shopmonkey, process transactions, and communicate timelines with customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in service advisory roles, familiarity with shop tools and automotive technologies, and a strong customer-service mindset. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Experience using automotive shop tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails; return missed calls and messages.
• Communicate with potential customers in social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Record issues and data into Shopmonkey; attention to detail required.
• Conduct transactions; guide customers through corrections and provide summaries.
• Communicate estimated completion time and provide updates to customers.
• Coordinate delivery time or pickup with customers.
• Follow up with customers on services provided; ensure satisfaction.
