• Proven automotive mechanic or technician experience in dealership, collision center, or EV repair.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural systems; EV training is a plus but not required.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and precise repairs in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on shop work with safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify damage and root-cause issues.
• Perform inspections to determine the full scope of repairs needed.
• Repair or replace damaged body components, frames, suspension, electrical, and drivetrain per standards.
• Use advanced tools and repair procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with estimators, parts staff, and technicians to complete repairs on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with team members for smooth handoffs and quality.
• Follow Tesla safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Handle high-voltage EV components with precision and care.
• Adhere to shop safety policies and professional standards.
