Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Wisconsin is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our wine and spirits portfolio across Calumet, Outagamie, Manitowoc Counties. You will cover daily routes, prospect new accounts, and build lasting relationships with on- and off-premise accounts.

Your focus is growing the territory by presenting products, executing promotions, and ensuring inventory levels. A strong communicator with at least 2 years in sales will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and develops daily routing patterns.
• Delivers compelling sales presentations and promotes products to customers.
• Maintains inventory levels and restocks where permitted.
• Educates staff on priority brands and product programs.
• Manages receivables and communicates about aged balances.
• Addresses customer issues and escalates to management as needed.
