Job summary

Johnson Brothers– a leading family-owned beverage distributor – seeks a Sales Consultant for the Arlington, VA area. You will service bar and restaurant accounts, manage a defined sales territory, and drive revenue through product knowledge, pricing, and effective presentations.

Expect rigorous activity in selling, merchandising, servicing, and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience, strong communication, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to bar and restaurant accounts.
• Maintain consistent customer contact within the Arlington territory.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives; meet company objectives and grow business.
• Merchandise and service products using POS systems and displays.
• Process paperwork promptly and adhere to company policies and procedures.
