Job summary

Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for residential and commercial wildlife control services. You will diagnose client needs, present humane solutions, and close deals while building a strong pipeline across territories.

Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to travel as required. The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commissions and a path for career advancement within the Rollins family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Availability to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based business.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage your schedule.
• Proficiency with several software applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—identify wildlife control needs and propose humane solutions.
• Grow new business by prospecting, developing relationships, and leveraging leads.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations for a smooth customer experience from first contact to service completion.
• Maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors, and sister brands.
