Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Territory Account Manager for the Water Supply & Disposal segment covering Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. You will own your territory, selling through distributors and installers, and act as a technical resource with on-site training and support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of outside sales in a 2-step distribution model, strong CRM skills, and excellent communication. Travel is 50–60% to dealers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales in a defined territory.
• Experience with indirect sales and channel partners.
• CRM software proficiency and documentation.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Pentair business by nurturing relationships with local distributors, dealers, and installers.
• Execute distribution and dealer sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build relationships with distributor partners through technical presentations and on-site support.
• Develop technical product knowledge to address customer needs across the channel.
• Analyze customer specifications to determine proper product applications and solutions.
