Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for territory coverage in Springfield, OR. The role involves travel to Patient Service Centers and client sites to collect specimens, ensuring patient safety and accurate labeling, with documentation in lab systems.

Flexibility for travel up to 75% is required; the position operates Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. A COVID-19 vaccination proof may be required, and a phlebotomy certification is state-specific where

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the territory to PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and ensure correct labeling and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment and handle multiple priorities.
