Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Joplin, MO area with a Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and rotational weekends. This role involves traveling within the territory to collect specimens at Patient Service Centers, Client Offices, and other sites while ensuring accurate labeling and adherence to testing protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures for a variety of tests, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy; perform data entry as necessary.
• Provide site coverage across PSC and Client Offices within the assigned territory with minimal notice; travel up to 75%.
