Job summary

The role focuses on growing territory sales by building long-term customer relationships and executing sales strategies established by the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will travel up to 50% across the territory, maintain excellent product knowledge, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while collaborating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to learn and develop knowledge of product lines.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight throughout the assigned territory, with travel potentially required up to 50% of the time.
• Excellent driving record.
• Proficiency in using GPS and navigating to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fabricut and its brands professionally to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Establish and maintain a regular visit schedule for assigned accounts.
• Grow market share by expanding business within accounts and prospecting new customers.
• Increase sales and territory profitability through product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and territory objectives.
• Prepare for and conduct effective customer sales calls, identify needs, and follow up on opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, availability, and programs.
