Job summary

Global Furniture Group is seeking a Territory Manager, Dealer Sales in the Seattle, WA area to grow dealer and end-user interest in our workplace, education, healthcare and hospitality furniture lines.

You will identify dealer targets, build relationships, conduct regular sales calls, and drive sales performance while frequently traveling within the territory. This role offers commission potential and a path to regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years outside sales experience, preferably in dealer or distribution sales, furniture or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret business reporting.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze territory potential, identify growth opportunities, and execute sales strategies.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target dealers capable of growing Global sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealer personnel, designers, and end-users to drive sales.
• Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations within the territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and growth objectives set by management.
• Provide product expertise and training to dealer partners for effective promotion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit reports, forecasts, and updates in a timely manner.
• Frequent travel in the field more than 50% within the assigned territory.
