You will partner with Store Leadership, District Managers, and Directors to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Experience recruiting for retail or nonprofit environments preferred.

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned territory across team member and leadership roles.
• Coordinates offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding handoff to Store Leadership.
